Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to customization and manufacturing requirements. These include:

  • Custom Smart Glass Panels (made-to-measure sizes or specifications)
  • Smart Glass Film (cut-to-size or customized orders)

These products are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be restocked. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement of the same product or an equivalent item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
